The Wonderland team at Sun Microsystems recently started a blog to track developments of the Wonderland project:
Wonderblog – Sun Dev Team Blog
As the first post to the blog explains:
“In this blog, the folks at Sun involved in the Wonderland community will post the very latest news about the code, releases, technical tips, and live updates from conferences. Plus: a very special feature we’re calling “Postcards from Wonderland”, stay tuned for more information about that.”
There’s even a screenshot of World Builder on the March 27th blog entry:
We got to see this web utility in action at the Open Labs Tour last month. For anyone familiar with a game like the Sims, this is a drag and drop space creation tool. Plop down some walls, drag out some furniture, and presto you have an instant 3D learning space. We are getting our test servers online now, and hope to be playing with this soon.
I’ve added this blog to our Blogroll to the right. It looks to be a good place to keep the pulse of this project, and see what’s on the minds of the developers. It’s obvious that they value the connection to the growing Wonderland user community.
